APAO Intervenes in OEB Proceeding Regarding RNG

APAO is submitting interrogatories (questions) to the natural gas utilities regarding their application to the Ontario Energy Board which would enable them to purchase and sell renewable natural gas, or biomethane. This will be followed by evidence in the regulatory proceeding process, which will be similar to what we submitted to the FIT review. The purpose of our interventions is to support the utilities’ applications, and provide input to ensure the farmers producers’ perspectives and challenges are understood.
