APAO 2011 AGM a Success!

On March 1, APAO successfully held its 4^th AGM in London, Ontario, with 75 of our members, colleagues and interested participants in attendance. Over the course of the evening two keynote presenters discussed innovation and policy. The first speaker, Dr. Franco Berruti of the Institute for Chemicals and Fuels from Alternative Resources (ICFAR) presented the latest on the pyrolysis of agricultural residues. Ontario Sustainable Energy Association (OSEA) Executive Director Kristopher Stevens' presentation focused on policy.

APAO presented on the activities of the past year and where we are headed in a series of presentations including the President's Report, Executive Director's Report and the Treasurer's Report. We are happy to announce four additional members were elected to the Board of Directors, and are looking forward to working with you, members and colleagues, this year!
